BACK FROM THE EARTH DAY VAULT!!!!! Custom ice dyed handmade paper tote bags by incredible local maker Perennity! As you know, here at THE COLLECTIVE, Every Day is Earth Day and we wanted to share our love for Mother Earth with these gorgeous, unique pieces.
DYE PROCESS: Paper is wet and crumpled to create an organic pattern, then covered completely with ice cubes and sprinkled with low impact eco-friendly dye powders onto the ice. As the ice melts it disperses the dye powder creating a unique deposit of color onto the paper. The paper is then washed well to remove any excess dye and dried to be cut into beautiful Perennity goods.
One large tote to carry everything you need! Made of washable paper. Durable 100% cotton straps are 9"L and attached with antique brass rivets.
Please note: as it is handmade of a natural material, each item can vary slightly in texture and color.
